Abstract:
Secondary metabolites are a source of active ingredients in medications and valuable chemical products, whose pharmaceutical applications are due to their function as analgesics, antibacterials, antihepatotoxics, antioxidants, antivirals, antitumors, fungicides and/or immunostimulants. Sativa, is a herbaceous plant that grows spontaneously in tropical and subtropical regions; Between 400 and 537 chemical components called secondary metabolites have been identified and about 100 are cannabinoids. In recent years it has intensified in the use of medical fines. The expression “medicinal cannabis” refers to the use, recommended by the doctor, of the plant and its components, called cannabinoids, to treat diseases or reduce symptoms. Chronic pain in people is the most common reason cited for using “medical cannabis.” Studies show that metabolites under adverse conditions (high and/or low temperatures, salinity, pH, use of brackish water or seawater) and the inoculation of halo-thermotloerants-bacteria that promote plant growth, can increase their effectiveness and quantity.
